Information about my notes:
In the "Comment" section for each note I usually specify the exact
location by entering the name of the place, shop or institution where I got
the bill.
When I obtained the bill on board an airplane, train or ferry, my comment
will provide the date and routing of the journey. The location I enter will be
(in accordance with EBT guidelines)
the last known location of the note, i.e. the last airport, railway station or
port.
No comment generally means the note entered actually belonged to my mom,
dad or friend. However, I never enter a note I haven't physically been holding
in my hand.
